Neither the International Property Awards, owned by International Property Awards Ltd, nor any of its sponsors or judges issue any written endorsement of the property/properties or company/companies beyond their qualification as an award winner. This is based entirely on the entry presented to the judging panel. Persons or their appointed agents planning to purchase a property through an award winning agency should seek professional and legal advice before entering into agreement to purchase. These awards in no way indemnify the buyer or the seller or offer any form of guarantee. International Property Awards Ltd and sponsors of the International Property Awards will not enter into any correspondence about a winning company/property.
